2. Event Description
Online Operators is a private business networking event for online business owners, founders, creators, operators, and related professionals.
Attendance is subject to application, qualification, and approval. Submitting an application or booking a qualification call does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
The event is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to attend.
3. Applications and Qualification Calls
To attend the event, you may be asked to complete an application and attend a qualification call.
We reserve the right to approve or reject applicants at our discretion in order to maintain the quality and relevance of the event.
If you want to bring a guest (a plus one), we must approve the guest too, and their ticket is personal to them. If you give us a guest's details, you confirm that they know about it and agree, and that they can read our Privacy Policy.
4. Payment and Tickets
If accepted, payment may be required to secure your spot.
Your spot is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Tickets and event passes are personal and may not be transferred to another person without our prior approval.
All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK). The standard ticket price is the price shown when you choose your ticket, and we do not add VAT or any other charge on top.
We sometimes offer individual discounts, for example for bringing a guest. A discount applies only if we confirm the discounted price to you in writing, for example by message or email, before you pay, and only to the person we confirm it to.
Booking a qualification call locks the standard ticket price that applies on the day you book, or the discounted price if we confirmed one in writing. The locked price is valid on the day of your call. If you do not buy that day, the price at that time applies. If we move your call, your locked price stays.
By paying for a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as stated in Section 6 or where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are unable to attend, you must contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, allow a transfer to another approved attendee, but we are not obligated to do so.
6. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, dinner location, format, or other event details if necessary.
If a major change is required, we will make reasonable efforts to inform confirmed attendees.
If we cancel the event, we will move your ticket to a future Online Operators event. If you cannot attend the future event, or do not want to, we will refund the price you paid within 30 days.
If we move the event to a new date, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of our announcement.
7. Attendee Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who behaves inappropriately, harasses others, disrupts the event, damages property, or violates these Terms.
You are welcome to take photos and videos at the event and share them on social media. Please respect people who ask not to be filmed or photographed. Do not livestream or publish the full content of the speaker and mastermind sessions without our permission. What you learn is yours to use and share, but do not share private business details, such as revenue numbers or strategies, that someone told you in a conversation or mastermind, and link them to that person, without their permission. Do not send unsolicited sales messages to other attendees, or in the founder group chat, without their agreement.
8. No Guaranteed Results
The event is designed to create opportunities for networking, conversations, and business relationships.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, client, partnership, referral, or result from attending.
9. Photos and Videos
Photos and videos are taken at the event and used for Online Operators marketing, social media and promotion.
When you buy a ticket, we will ask for your permission to use your image in this material. If you say no, tell us before the event and we will keep you out of our marketing footage. You can withdraw your permission for future use at any time by writing to us.
We will put up a notice at the venue about filming. If you do not want to appear in a shot, tell the photographer or videographer.
10. Liability
You attend the event at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, missed opportunity, travel cost, accommodation cost, or other expense connected to your attendance or inability to attend the event.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law, or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Personal Data
We may collect personal information through applications, qualification calls, ticket purchases, and event communication.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. No Responsibility For Outcomes With Other Attendees
We are not responsible for any interactions, relationships, business dealings, agreements, partnerships, transactions, or disputes that occur between you and other attendees, before, during, or after the event.
Online Operators provides a venue and an opportunity for online business owners to meet each other. We do not vet, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the conduct, claims, business practices, or intentions of any attendee.
Any business arrangements made with other attendees are entered into at your own risk and are solely between you and the other party involved.
We are not responsible for photos, videos or posts that attendees take or publish.
13. Afterparty Tickets
An afterparty ticket gives access to the villa afterparty only. It does not include the speaker sessions, mastermind sessions or the dinner.
Afterparty tickets are subject to our approval. You must be at least 18 years old, and we may ask you to show ID.
We may refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or who breaks the attendee conduct rules in these Terms.
Sections 4 to 12 of these Terms (payment and tickets, no refunds, event changes, conduct, no guaranteed results, photos and videos, liability, personal data, and interactions with other attendees) also apply to afterparty tickets.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Czech courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint, you can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.gov.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
